I DO believe things happen for a reason. So stick to your fact versus fiction logic and I’ll stick by my beliefs and “superstitions”. Why not believe everything happens for a reason? Yes, there is a difference between fact & fiction, obviously. But where is there fiction in believing everything happens for a reason? Please explain that to me
more in depth. Science explains why the sky is blue. When you test a hypothesis, you find the cause followed by an effect. When you test things in life, you realize the cause sooner or later followed by an effect.
My Superman went into a coma, fact. Why/cause? Doctors never determined whether it was an asthma attack or cardiac arrest. A few years before going into a coma he was diagnosed with brugada syndrome, an abnormal beating of the heart. Effect/REASON? My family attending to him, supporting him & myself, many struggles until now, bringing me closer to my Dads side, for my Dads side to see how great of a mother I have for being so supportive and seeing how great of a wife she was, me becoming stronger enabling me to be who I am today. So if things happening for a reason is fiction then my whole life is based on fact and fiction, both being the same exact thing.
You’re saying the reason for the cause is the effect. So what is the reason for the effect? The cause. There are reasons behind everything, like there are reasons behind the cause, intentional or not, it happened for a reason. At least in my eyes.
